From the station to Universal Studios Singapore

Alight at HarbourFront MRT and take Exit E into VivoCity.
Go up to VivoCity Level 3 (Lobby L) to board the Sentosa Express monorail, and alight one stop later at Resorts World Station.
Alternatively, walk from VivoCity Level 1 along the covered Sentosa Boardwalk (~10–15 minutes) into Resorts World Sentosa.

Choose the right approach

HarbourFront is the nearest MRT station on the mainland network; Universal Studios Singapore is on Sentosa island across the water.
Bus RWS8 from the bus stop outside VivoCity / Merrill Lynch HarbourFront is another direct option into Resorts World Sentosa.
